The Rotoblast Hand Held Honey Refractometer is designed to determine the percent of water contained in honey. Beekeeper's use the refractometer for testing sugar content within the honey that they harvest. This refractometer is great for field use which enabled ATC (Automatic Temperature Compensation) for accurate measurement without having to re-calibrate the refractometer after changes in working temperature.
